well  
this is weird

type: LOGIN and put any name, and the password is PORTAL  
then type APPLY and then CONTINUE and CONTINUE  
it will promote you a 64 digit code to remember, do it, and then, answer the form.  
dont know what is at the end. so dont come with “what a waste of time”. i read that this is valves portal official site, and i did not finish the form, and dont know what is at the end.
