# Variables in movie clips

I keep having problems with variables in movie clips

\_level0.NumberSectionsEntry.ThreeMeterBays

keeps appearing in the text fields

if I change the variables on the text field in hte mc from ThreeMeterBays to \_root.ThreeMeterBays they work do all variables have to call \_root???
