# Variations in animation speed

I have just finished a flash animation with the frame-rate 30fps. When i view it through the flash stand-alone player, it’s all fluid and fast, but when i view it through IE it becomes jerky and the frame-rate seems to be like 15fps. What could be the reason… i’m viewing the animation from my hard-drive not from the internet, but nevertheless i have a preloader.

What could be the problem and how to get rid of that ?
