Alright guys and girls… i jsut started flash a few months ago and can just do the basic animaions… frame by frame… stuff like that… umm im wonderin what the action script would be if i wanted to set it so that when a key is pressed (ex: D) an action is preformed (ex: punch), so, if i wanted say… a fighting game when the user presses D the character punches…
after this, im wondering how i can make a damage counter and target area so that you have to be within a certain distance from the other target… thanks guys.
(How can i load a song without streaming it so that it runs the length of the animation, even through scene switches without stopping?)

I´m sure that you´ll learn a lot here.
About your questions: dude, there is no easy answers to any of your questions. My advice is for you to follow, one by one, the tutorials here @ kirupa, and improve your flash knolege and coding skills. Just so you can understand the basics of what you´re going to ask questions.
or, at least, narrow down your questions, one at the time.
