Hello,

i need help, i just saw [motiongerm.com](http://motiongerm.com)
and wondering, how to make custom vertical dragger like that [top right news panel]

and also i saw alpha gradiation on transition effect,
is the text converted to graphic each line and tween each line with alpha ?
or it use action script to make alpha gradient tweening like that ?

Gurus, please teach me :ne:
