The basic version of the resizable gallery with xml is the V3. It has static thumbs, previous and next buttons and a description field which “follow” the border.

Is it possible to customise a photoscroller like this so that the thumbnails won’t scroll horizontal but vertical?  
That would be exactly what I need!
