# Video Card Fans

Does anyone know if they’re supposed to be spinning _constantly_? And also, what the problem is most likely to be if it doesn’t spin at all. My card (a Radeon 9800 Pro 256mb) is getting hella hot and the picture is getting corrupt after prolonged usage of the computer, or even as little as 5 minutes when gaming.

If anyone can help, I’d be very thankful.
