# Video Encoder 8 flips my mgp's upside down

I am trying to convert several mgg’s to flv files with Flash 8 Video Encoder to use in flash. Everytime I try to encode them, the resulting flv file is upside down. It even shows them upsude down in the preview window. It does not seem to do this with avi files but all of the ones I need to convert are mpg’s. Before I go and convert all the mpg’s to avi, I thought I’d ask if anyone here had the same problem and what you did about it?
