i’m creating a Flash movie which will be played from a CD-ROM, and part of the movie needs to have a video file (mpg) playing in it. the video is about two minutes long and 71,701KB in size. should i simply embed the video in the Flash movie and export the whole thing as a .swf?

thanks in advance for anyone who can offer advice.
