# Video Games ... without violence?

Do you guys think that one day the popular games wouldn’t have violence in them?  
So far besides The Sims and sports games there haven’t been too many non-violent top-selling games.

This question came to mind because today someone asked me why I enjoyed playing computer games, because computer games involve killing, so that means I’m enjoying the killing, which is bad. and which I don’t, mind you. I mean I don’t enjoy killing…but I enjoy um…accomplishing the objective in the game and pwning my friends. 😉

Do you guys enjoy killing? If you don’t, why do you still play and enjoy games that involve killing? Can you think of a kind of game that won’t involve killing yet be a global phenomenon (like counter-strike, warcraft 3)?
