# Video size/import trouble

Heeeeey.

Ive got a 13 meg video .rm file that I need to get in to flash. How can I convert it as it doesn’t import directly… what program do I need? Also, how can I reduce filesize (other than the flash optimisation) I thought premiere would do it, but I cant even import the file!
