# Video Tutorials = how?

I was watching some of the video tutorials on Kirupa for flash and photoshop, and I was just wondering, how do you record your screen like that and turn it into a quicktime movie (or whatever format they were using, I forget)? I just think that would be a fun tool to play around with =D
