I can’t search google becuase i just says “need VB 6.0 download it now!” ect…

I need to know how to make a simple program that downloads files and puts them into a folder with a load bar (still need help even if you dont know how to do load bar).

if theres anyone that can help me please contact me or just link me to a place that i can learn how.
