# VS 2005 ASP.NET ?s

I am owrking in a VS 2005 project and when I add a new item or page, it creates a default.aspx and default.aspx.cs page, but it doesn’t create a Default.aspx.designer.cs page.

Is there a reason for this? Should there be a designer page? If there is supposed to be a designer page, why isn’t there one?
