I want to know if there is HTML editor similar to Dreamweaver that will actually make valid HTML, to validate to w3 compliant code.

Or can you tell me how to make dreamweaver do it?

And also what is the HTML way of making something center; either through CSS [preferably], or through HTML that is valid code?
