One of the features advertised that enticed me to buy my 9x12 USB Wacom, was the “highlight with the pen” feature.

How do I set this up? And is it program specific? I’d like to be able to hightlight (Like draw a circle around) webpages, images etc in my presentations, as an easier way of pointing a certain area out.

I run both OS 9 and X Mac.

never used the feature, but you might need to install a plugin or something to access it. check the wacom site might have some info there.
