# Wamp phpmyadmin login issues

Hello All,  
I am trying to set up a test site and have downloaded the Wamp Server. I have added a recommended ‘MYSQL’ password. When I try to open my phpmyadmin it does not open. I have been reading and trying to troubleshoot. I now realise that the file ‘config.inc.php’ is missing as well how do I get this to work?  
Any assistance would be really appreciated. I am not a techie person and am ready to pull my hair out!!!
