I want to desaturate my movie.
Please suggest me how can i do it.

When did he say that? He just asked us how to desaturated an image.
I’m pretty sure you can’t do it in Flash 7 unless you create the desaturated image sequence in another program such as Photoshop. In Flash 8 you can the bitmap filters:
