Hi Friends,  
I am currently very new to a website development stream, I have just made a website but its incomplete improving it day by day,i want to create a user account in my website so like users can log on into my website and ten post comments in it.I have so far searched about it and found that i have to use database in my website for authentication, i want to know the steps after that, not getting to understand the steps,i know its like a silly question to all you guys,but if you could explain it will be good.
