Hi there… I’m a bit stuck looking for a tutorial for a water effect I’m trying to create.

Has anyone made a simple random fluid water-effect in Flash, to be applied to one background image?

There’s plenty of ripples and rain drops - but my image is taken from within the water, and it would be great to get some animation in there!
