# Wave effect on flying flash banner with text- please help

Hi,  
I need to develop an ad banner in flash in which an aeroplane is flying with a banner with some text written on it. I need to give the banner a waving effect in such a way that the text and the banner wave all together. Wondering how to do that without using actionscript.
