# Wave scope

Is there any way to code a nice wave scope (such as the one in windows media player when you play a song: Right Click to access the visualizations menu-\>Bars and Waves-\>Scope) that can target a random selection of mp3’s (also hopefully not **too** processor intensive)?

a) it is possible, I’m sure. It would have something to do with an equalizer, [[thread about this](http://www.kirupaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12190&highlight=eq) ]

Ah, well unfortunately the tutorial suggestion generates an equalizer that is far too slow/insensitive, and the swift mp3 suggestion might work, except that the swift mp3 that is now out only lets you convert the first 30 seconds of music! So I dont think those will cut it, even if I knew how to turn it from an equalizer to a scope, which I dont.
Oh, and thanks for telling me about my sig. I took it out.
Anyone else know?
