Do any of you find postions like this to be unfair sometimes?

Like I mean uou do occasionally get the rare hybrid designer that can code really well or vice versa - and on the freak occasion can animate realllllly well, but I notice that people usually swing one way or another.

There are flashgods out there who can’t design, and designers, and even animators _cough_ me_cough_ who never take the time to learn how to code because they spend their time being good at what they do.

😛 just wanted your opinions hehe cause I have encountered a few situations where jobs require the full “shebang”.:flower:
