The _America’s Army Web Development Team_ is seeking organized individuals with excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of professional web development. **What you will be doing:** [LIST] [_]Help the web team define user experiences and design interfaces from concept to production for new and existing sites and other interactive mediums [_]Work closely with creative and production teams to both implement and suggest/experiment with new ways to use web technologies while enforcing and maintaining strict coding standards [_]Build out web pages to exactly match design comps [_]Produce creative online concepts for sites and web content [_]Manage content from a variety of sources (producers, designers, copy editors) [_]Develop wire frames demonstrating concept flow and interactivity [_]Interact with other team members for collaborative projects [_]Quality assures and maintains all aspects of assigned websites [/LIST] **What you need for this position:** [LIST] [_]Strong PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML experience [_]Strong Flash and ActionScript skills [_]Strong understanding and implementation of OOP methods [_]Experience integrating backend (middle-ware) structures into a Flash environment [_]Strong foundation in visual/interface design, motion graphics and UI design [_]Experience working with the development team to execute creative solutions [_]Detailed and organized / Excellent communicator [_]Ability to multi task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously [/LIST] **Other Qualifications:** [LIST] [_]3+ years of proven web experience [_]Knowledge of multiple web technologies & best practices [_]Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment [_]An avid gamer with a passion for creating feature-rich interactive applications [/LIST] **Bonus Experience:** [LIST] [_]Detailed knowledge of America’s Army or similar games a plus [_]Database Integration (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) [_]Experience with Shockwave, Maya and Director [_]Game development experience and/or strong sense of motion are a plus [_]Experience with entertainment & media websites [_]Experience with branding and marketing [\*]Experience creating programmatic animations [/LIST][CENTER][webjobs@americasarmy.com](mailto:webjobs@americasarmy.com) (_Please include your cover letter and resume as an attachment_) [/CENTER]
