I am a really new flash beginner, and I am trying to write a site that can do this scaling in/out effect (not on image) after when a new page is loaded into the page.

You can see the site, there is a zoom in and moving effect after a button/new page is loaded.

Here are the scaling, I am talking about:

Any suggestion?
Thanks
