# Web Hosting Question

Please excuse the probable noob-ness of this question.

I’ve noticed when some people buy professional hosting, they can host other peoples sites off it if they have enough space… does this mean that the person who is receiving the free hosting must have admin access to their hosting account? Or is there a way to give them their own space without the need to access to the hosting account control panel? I’m sorry if this question is worded badly or hard to understand.
