I don’t know if i’m in the right place but I have made a site but I’m \*\*\*\*ing with the webcam.

Does anyone know how I get a webcam onto an website??  
And another thing is that on the site when the webcam is disconnect or down the last image has to stay on… HOW???

All the help is welcome

I don’t know anything about this but I know it’s possiblw with java/anfy and flash!
