This will be a html site mainly because of SEO, if you can show some good results with SEO and high ranked sites, this will be a big plus. You need to be able to make a good looking site, that can be updated simply from a web interface. Adding new photos, changing text etc. Since we are based in Tanzania, all correspondence will be over email. Funds for the job can be transferred to any account you should wish.
