I like the bluish-grey color scheme. The drop shadows are too prominent for my tastes, though. Maybe tighten those up a bit.

Yeah I kind of know what you mean but I _did_ mean for them to be thick, I guess somewhere in between will work better.

Maybe I could lower the opacity to not make them so noticeable?

Remember, it’s your site, so your personal preferences should be more important.
It looks like (to my untrained eye) you have the drop shadows/inner shadows at default (5 distance, 0 spread, 5 size). I’d start by monkeying around with those settings…try 1, 0, 1 and see how that looks to you. :block:

They weren’t exactly at default, just a couple of numbers more. I tried 1, 0, 1, but that was just too small. Here’s what I got:

The diff. is the dropshadows are smaller compared to the first pic. and I changed the color on the text.
And what do you mean by: “dont underestimate white space…?”
