hey guys,
i’m working on site i’ve been trying to off the ground for forever now… hoping you might have a solution.

if you goto
[http://headshock.ca/safari/fr/filingcabinet.swf](http://headshock.ca/safari/fr/filingcabinet.swf)

Click on “Chiens” (french for dogs)…
You’ll see something like the following show up… littered all over the place are these little unknown characters (squares usually show up).
\*

\* I was wondering if someone knew the cause of this? I have a feeling it’s a character setting of some sort or a mismatch, but i’ve gone over the code and haven’t a clue where to look. Just to give you an idea, this is what it should look like:

etc…_

If someone can help me with this it would greatly be appreciated. Like, beyond words…
