# Weird publishing problem

I have a CS4 project that imports JPGs and XML.

When I publish my Flash file as a Windows projector, the first time I run it, the bitmaps asre visible, the XML appears to have loaded OK, but the code on the buttons doesn’t work.

If I close the projector and re-open it, everything works OK.

What’s happening?
