Hi folks.

I’ve been learning Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere over the past few weeks because I’m hopefully going to go into a video and film production degree after I finish my current course next year.

I wanted to do a short piece to see what I was capable of at the moment. I decided to make a trailer for the british gangster film Layer Cake, using footage from the film. The music is Ocean Colour Scene’s _The Riverboat Song_. I used Final Cut Pro.

The video is **[HERE](http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v188/Fla5h/?action=view&current=LayerCakeWeb.flv)**. Make sure to turn your speakers up!

Tell me what you think.

Please excuse the poor quality and loss of syncing. Photobucket compresses videos quite a lot. The size is my doing to keep the filesize down.

It’s in DVD quality and syncs perfectly in the full, uncompressed version.
