# What abilities \*should\* web designers and flash animators have

in order to be considered an entry-level worker in the field? Someone who is capable enough to join a team of other designers and code/script his portion of work during a project?

Communication abilities?

Tech abilities?

Thanks. I was wondering because I want to apply for a summer internship and I don’t know what to expect because I usually work with one other person or a friend…not a team of people.
