# What are important skills to have as a Flash Designer?

I am new to flash and I am wondering what skills should I have to accomplish my task. I am more into art, but I want to do serious interactive beautiful websites. Would this be the right skills going in the right direction? If this not correct you are more than welcome to tell me what I should learn.
