# What do I hate more than a screenshot of text?

There are not many things that annoy me more than someone sending me a screenshot of text rather than the text itself, requiring me to manually transcribe the text in the image.

However, this last guy took the cake.

**Not only did he send me a screenshot of the text, but he pasted that image into a Word document.** Not only was it a Word document, but it was the newest, latest version of Word, unopenable had I not had OpenOffice installed.

This was no 12 year old with a computer, but a large corporation. :sigh:
