# What do you guys think of iOS7?

I upgraded my iPhone 5 last night to iOS7, and my reaction to it is pretty mixed. I definitely like the transitions and some of the minor enhancements almost all of the built-in apps received. I REALLY REALLY DISLIKE the color choices and little UI inconsistencies that add up to look really odd.

I text quite a bit on my phone, and there is this “feature” where a text message you type slides under the textbox UI and slides into the message history area. That just looks extremely weird. Here is a screenshot of it from the Sloppy UI tumblr:

I also dislike the transparencies and Windows Vista “Glass” effects that seem to somehow have returned after having died many years ago.
