This question seeks an advice for the best possible solution (a ready-made script either free or not very costly) available for the job described below. Kindly advice me on the basis of your experience (if you have used any such scripts or you know about one).
I have to create an artists management service’s website (based on themeforest html template) wherein I seek a script which can do the following:

Create separate page for each artist (Dancer, Singer, Actor, Model etc). These pages could be created both by artists and sometimes by admin (Must be pending until approved when created by users/artists)

Each user should have a username and a password by which can log in and modify his/her profile (pending until approval)

The pages will contain artists’ Biography, Photos, Videos, Other Text Content (Events Experience, Articles and Stories etc).

Full admin control over what should be displayed and what should be hidden to the website visitors (Basically would want to hide any sorts of contact details). The visitor will be the clients which maybe looking to book artists for their events.

SEO friendly, each page will be indexed to the search engines and will be optimized to rank well for ‘artists name’ as keywords.
