# What the heck wrong with my Photoshop?!?!

Look at this screenshot of my photoshop.

I really need to move that Layer Effect window in the corner.  
I CANT MOVE IT!!! because the only way i know to drag a window is by drag it on the title bar. I tried to re-install photoshop but that doesnt help at all!!!

Anyone know maybe a shortcut on the keyboard or a way to move it? I cant finish my work without moving that freakin’ window!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
