What to do to get patent for website in India?

I have a small site with 10 or 12 pages. The site is like an article…

What are the procedures for getting a patent?

then, what is the procedure to copy protect the contents…

i have added copyright information at the bottom…

the site contains images from sites like [cricinfo.com](http://cricinfo.com)

but without therewater mark in it…
