while I think I know already (somehow, deep down…), I need your advice. Yes, you! heh Anyway, I decided, oh about a month ago to save for a new car. I have thus far saved about 400 dollars, and I get paid in about a week and then I’ll have about 700. But here’s the thing. I don’t really **need** a car, right? I mean, I live in a small town, in which I can easily walk wherever I need to go. The car I have now breaks a lot, and is currently being fixed. I work at a video storee that has a partnership with ford, and so I can get a discount (and this includes lots of cars, volvos [what I have now], jags, tons). I don’t know what the discount is, I haven’t checked it out much yet. But then I started thinking: instead of saving FOREVER, I could get a new computer pretty much right now. Or a digital camera. or pretty much anything else! So… I guess the question is, do I save for the car or get the computer? Right now my computer is: 256 mbram 1 gig amd duron 40 gig hd My comp barelty pulls off what I want. And by getting the new computer, I dont even need much, I can take my old vid card and keyboard and mouse and monitor with me (I’ll be building my own, OC). yah, I think I’ve already made my decision. But any opinions? Share! thanks.
