Hi, I had visited some cool flash sites and seen some of the sites start initially a blank page and then we could see the drawing/illustrate in action. So what this technique called? Is it an advanced masking technique or they are using drawing API comes with Flash MX for this?

For an example, visit:
[this site](http://www.templatehelp.com/aff/preview.php?aff=flashloaded&skin=999&locale=en&currency=0&pr=yes&src=yes&nt=no&help=yes&sample=yes&faq=yes&nmg=yes&auth=yes&down=yes&chm=&hide_flash=0&search=&PHPSESSID=c1e082977445d04fab9b180a051df4db&referer=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.flashloaded.com%2Ftemplates.php&i=6599)

If you look at the the street lights at the top they draw the outline and then the image fades in.

I would like to learn this technique for developing my upcoming new site but already searching it in google for almost whole day :\*( So if you know what this technique called or have any info/tutorials site for it pls provides it to me.

Super thanks.
