# What's wrong with my preloader?

‘actions’ frame code:

stop();  
bytes\_loaded = Math.round(this.getBytesLoaded());  
bytes\_total = Math.round(this.getBytesTotal());  
getPercent = bytes\_loaded/bytes\_total;  
this.loadBar.\_width = getPercent_100;  
this.loadText = Math.round(getPercent_100)+"%";  
if (bytes\_loaded == bytes\_total) {  
this.gotoAndPlay(3);  
}

it’s not working.  
and one more question:  
when loading a movieclip on another that is on the web, where should i place the preloader? on the movie that loads the other or on the movie that is being loaded?
