# Where is the "CREATE NEW MOVIE FILE" in Flash?

I keep seeing it in all the tutorials such as this one:  
[http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/poolofsquares.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/poolofsquares.htm)

and CTRL + M does not work.

Do I create a new document? How do I create a movie file?  
I cannot even find the MOVIE PROPERTIES window…
