# Wheres the action script go?

Hey im just starting flash mx and im in actions but theres no selectable empty box to paste the codes into where is it and could i have a screen shot of the location under actions. Thanks

are you asking where the ‘actions’ box is? or what? sorry i don’t understand what you meant about the selectable empty box but i’m sure i could help you if i understood 🙂

i right click and are in the actions panel but within that panel where the heck is the place to paste in the scripts lol thanks

not dumb… most tutorials forget to mention that… or only make a small reference to it.

You can set preferences so that Flash automaticaly opens in expert mode. I think it’s menu option “Edit/preferences”.
