# Why Am I Getting This ERROR?!

I open up Flash and then I go to File\>\>Publish Settings and it says

**No valid HTML Templates are available to complete this operation**

Why the hell?

hm… are you running an illegal version? … or… are you sure you fully installed flash and have all the files installed too?

Check your Publish Settings. Are you trying to export just the Flash movie, or an HTML page as well? You can find out by looking at the Formats tab…
