# Why does my client have to type www.?

Hi all, I’m not a professional web designer, but I do small websites for friends and artists, and one of the sites i created is having a wierd issue, where people can’t get there just by going to [benrowlandphotography.com](http://benrowlandphotography.com) , they have to go to [www.benrowlandphotography.com](http://www.benrowlandphotography.com) . Any ideas why this would be the case? thanks
