# Why is flash different on mac & pc

hey guys,

can anyone tell me why some flash websites run so slowly when they are viewed through a Mac browser(ie, safari)

but the same site on a pc would run fine (ie)

anyone know why this is?  
and is there anything to do in order to prevent this?
