Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand the importance of having a well-defined product strategy for my business. Can anyone explain how a strong product strategy can benefit a company in terms of aligning with business goals, gaining a competitive advantage, focusing on customer needs, resource allocation, time to market, and team collaboration?
