# Why is my fading loop not working?

Hi there, i’m trying to make a slideshow that automatically plays 4 images that are in the same folder as the flash movie but am not sure the best wya to go about this. I have created empty movie clips, loaded the jpgs into them but I am not sure how to get one movieclip fading in as the other is fading out and how to synchronise this and make the pattern repeat.

Should i be using lots of setInterval events to set the time when each movie clip fades in / out, or should I beusing conditional logic in a function to control the slideshow?

Any help is very gratefullly received, thanks
