# Why is this not invisible?

Here is the code…

[AS]this.createEmptyMovieClip(“empty”, 3);  
\_root.empty.\_visible = false;  
loadMovie("…/images/p/lo\_image1.jpg",\_root.empty);[/AS]

it is not invisible??
